Bummer
How bad was the Bulls-76ers game on Saturday? Well, not only did the Bulls lose a valuable game in the playoff race - at home and in ugly fashion - but both Loul Deng and Chris Webber were late scratches, and both are on a fantasy team of mine. Yeah, yeah, I get annoyed by the "dude who always talks about his fantasy team" as much as anyone, but it was the second round of the playoffs and I had been winning the entire week, and it all went downhill as the week ended. Just saying.
It was sort of like that. Deactivated. Ugly.
What in the name of Ed Nealy is going on in Bulls shootarounds when Deng ends up with a concussion and Eric Piatkowski with 15 stitches to the forehead?
Why is Deng missing games down the stretch for the second year in a row?
Can the Bulls win a home game tonight against the hottest team in the league, the Nets?
These questions need to be answered. Here we go now.
Random Roy Wegerle sighting.
Also tonight, the United States soccer team plays a World Cup warmup against Jamaica in Cary, North Carolina. If you want a good laugh, tune in and see Tony Meola back with the national team for the first time in four years. No, seriously. His mullet is still gone, however. Shame.
Roy Wegerle will also be suiting up. OK, I'm kidding about Wegerle.
